It really works!

Great range of delicious products, much better than other similar products on the market. Plus the support has been amazing!

The products are so nice

The products are so nice. I can honestly say there isn't one that I don't like. On the one occasion that I needed to speak with customer service they replied quickly and dealt with the issue straight away.

I love the Lighterlife products

I love the Lighterlife products. I know I am receiving full nutrition on them & they taste delicious. I have my favourite ones as I am sure do others. There is also a free Facebook group which really helps keep you on track, as well as free mentoring to work on your mind, which is helping me to change the way I think around food.
So far I have lost 3 stone & want to lose 2 more, I have no doubt that with the help of Lighterlife I will get there

I am new to lighter life and have had…

I am new to lighter life and have had such an overwhelming experience, as they really listened to me and understood me. I have a plan now and the food was great, there was 1 item that I swapped for another that’s just my personal taste, but overall fantastic.

A company and products I trust. Would highly recommend. My Mentor has been a great support and the meals are super tasty. You won't be disappointed.

Pathetic.

Pathetic.
Won’t let me return an order I made less than two weeks ago, 18th May which didn’t arrive until 20th. Yes I have been made aware of their T&Cs but their reason is that they don’t know how it’s stored! I’ve had it days not weeks or months. It’s stored in the box it arrived in as a few days letter I found out I was pregnant. Probably stored just like it is in the warehouse. Awful. Don’t bother wasting your time trying to email them. Eat real food, allow the weight loss to be steady and healthy!

Positively surprised

Firs time I ordered products from this website. The company mixed up my billing address with my shipping address and also one item was missing. When I wrote a complaint I got a quick phone call from them. I spoke with a very nice gentleman. He apologies for inconvenience and appreciate my honest review. I had feeling like he really care. I need to say the customer service which I got was great. I'm delighted indeed. About the products I'm very happy and definitely I'm gonna order more soon :)

Disgraceful …

Gave me chronic diarrhoea and they didn’t want to know! Customer service dismissive. Utterly disgraceful company. Will never use again.

Repeat customer; still happy

As usual when dealing with LighterLife, it was a quick and easy transaction. I chose what I wanted (I ordered individual packs and not an inclusive meal plan) and placed the order on Thursday. It arrived on Friday morning, exactly within the timeslot DPD said it would. The box was efficiently packed, with no excess padding.
The only issue I had, was one of my pots was compromised due to an misaligned lid. Customer service were excellent, dealing with the issue quickly and apologetically. A replacement was sent out the same day.

Company not really interested in customer experience

I ordered a 4 week plan, having ordered 4 week plans in the past and had a good experience. The previous 4 week plan had lots of variety. The plan arrived this time and I will basically be eating the same thing for a month. When I asked about it LighterLife told me I should have looked more closely and it was my mistake, so too bad. Previous plans also gave you a weekly planner so you knew what to eat and when. Not this time. Again I was told too bad, you are on your own and have to make it up. Look at the website if you want. My mistake was to trust that the product would be consistent with what I had bought before. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I would have been grateful for a token ‘we’ll send you a little something / goodwill gesture to make up for it’. Most companies I buy from now care about customer satisfaction enough to do that. I was literally told ‘too bad, your mistake. If you want something different buy more stuff’. So much for rewarding customer loyalty. I won’t be going back and was left a bit flabbergasted at how relatively poorly I was treated given how much money I have spent on this product over time and I wasn’t asking a lot.
